7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any product, write to support@amberfielddigital.com within 7 days of the charge and we will refund your payment in full. No questions asked and no need to return anything, since all products are digital.

Memberships

The first charge of any membership is covered by the 7-day guarantee. Renewal charges can be refunded if you request it within 7 days of the renewal date.

Done-for-you services

Done-for-you services can be refunded in full before our team starts working on your order. Once work has started, we offer a refund for any part not yet delivered.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. We confirm every refund by email.

Questions or problems with a charge

If you see a charge you do not recognize, it will appear as AMBERFIELD DIGITAL. Please contact us at support@amberfielddigital.com before filing a dispute with your bank: we answer within 24 hours and will solve it quickly.
